General terms of sale and services
Version dated 19 October 2026
1. Provider and scope
M&H Clean Construction, trading as MH2C, can be contacted at contact@mh2c-maroc.com, Villa 9k4 Rue Annajd Hay Riad, Rabat. These terms cover surface protection and restoration, events, trade fair representation, solar energy and industrial solutions. Each quotation specifies the particular assignment, subject to mandatory applicable rules.
2. Online enquiry and contract
The form and receipt confirmation are not an order, booking or acceptance of a price. A quotation defines scope, quantities, exclusions, terms and validity. An engagement is formalised by written acceptance and, where specified, payment of the agreed deposit.
3. Price and payment
Currency, price before or including tax, applicable taxes, travel or delivery costs and payment terms are stated in the quotation. The form requests no payment. Changes affecting cost require prior agreement.
4. Technical conditions and schedule
Feasibility, availability and schedule are confirmed after assessment. The client provides accurate information and identifies access, safety and operating constraints. Responsibilities for permissions, site preparation, connections and acceptance are allocated in the quotation. Website content does not guarantee an unconfirmed result or date.
5. Service-specific requirements
For surfaces, compatibility, preparation, testing and maintenance are defined; protection does not eliminate every staining risk. Events require assessment of ground, anchoring, weather, equipment and schedule. Fair Proxy has an agreed mission and deliverables; binding acts require an explicit mandate. Solar and industrial specifications follow the study and quotation.
6. Changes and cancellation
Requests to change, postpone or cancel must be sent in writing with the reference. Scheduling effects and costs already incurred are reviewed under the quotation and applicable provisions. This form creates no fixed cancellation penalty. Mandatory consumer rights, including those that may apply to distance contracts, remain unaffected.
7. Follow-up and complaints
Report a difficulty or request correction at contact@mh2c-maroc.com with the reference and facts. Inspection and acceptance arrangements are set out in the quotation. Warranties and liability depend on the service, agreed commitments and applicable law; mandatory legal protections are not excluded.
8. Data, law and disputes
Data is processed under the linked privacy policy. The parties first seek an amicable solution. Moroccan law applies without excluding mandatory consumer protections. Failing agreement, jurisdiction follows the applicable rules. Later revisions do not retrospectively amend an existing contract.
