1. Controller and contact
M&H Clean Construction (MH2C), Villa 9k4 Rue Annajd Hay Riad, Rabat, determines the purposes of the form. Contact: contact@mh2c-maroc.com. Moroccan Law No. 09-08 governs personal data protection.
2. Data and purposes
We receive the contact details, organisation, location, technical requirements, optional budget, comments and attachments you submit. They are used to assess, propose and follow up your project. Language, reference and acknowledgement of notices are recorded. A technical session and an IP address fingerprint help limit form abuse.
3. Required fields and documents
Fields marked with an asterisk are required for the chosen enquiry. Other fields and attachments are optional. Do not send identity documents, health information, sensitive banking documents or unnecessary third-party data. Missing necessary information may prevent assessment.
4. Recipients and emails
Data is for authorised MH2C personnel and technical providers handling hosting, email or project support, only as required for their role. MH2C receives a detailed notification; the address you provide receives an acknowledgement with a PDF summary. These are enquiry messages, not a marketing subscription.
5. Retention and security
Data is kept for the time needed to assess and follow up the enquiry and, where relevant, meet contractual or accounting obligations or handle a dispute. Contact MH2C for the period applicable to your file. Records are stored privately; confidential PDF links expire after seven days. Copies in email and backups must also be considered when handling an erasure request.
6. Your rights
You may request access and correction and object on legitimate grounds by emailing contact@mh2c-maroc.com with your reference. Erasure or restriction may be requested where legally available. Proportionate identity verification may be needed. You may also contact the CNDP.
7. Hosting and formalities
The controller’s chosen hosting and mail providers may process data. Any transfer abroad must be assessed against applicable formalities. CNDP filing or authorisation references and hosting details must be supplied by MH2C to complete this notice; this page is not a compliance certificate.
8. Browsing and updates
This version has no targeted advertising or audience analytics. A necessary session cookie protects the form. The logo, scripts and system fonts do not call Google Fonts. Updates may be made; the notice version shown at submission is stored with the record.
